#5 Devil and the Soldiers

Once there was a great war being fought and the king had a great many soldiers, but the pay he gave them was so bad that they couldn't live on it. So three of them got together and decided to desert. One of them said: ' If we're caught they'll string us up on the gallows; how shall we go about it?' Another replied:' You see that big cornfield there? If we hide in that no one'll find us. The army's not allowed into it, and they've got to move on tomorrow.'

So they crawled in among the corn and waited. But the soldiers didn't move on. After two days they were nearly dying of hunger, and they said: 'What was the use of deserting! We're going to die here miserably anyway.'

At that moment a devil with black dragon shaped came flying through the air, dived down towards them and asked them why they were hiding. They answered: ' We're three soldiers and we've deserted because our pay was so bad; and now we'll either starve if we stay here or swing on the gallows if we come out.'
'Will you serve me for seven years?' said the dragon, 'if I carry you right over my arm so that no one will catch you?'
'We've no choice but to accept,' they answered. So the dragon seized them in his claws, carried them off through the air right above the army and brought them down to earth again a long way from it. Now the dragon was of course the Devil. He gave them a small whip and said: ' If you crack this whip, it'll set as much money as you want dancing about on the ground in front of you; then you can live like lords...But when the seven years are up you will belong to me.'
Of course the soldiers did not know that the more sins of human the tastier they are for the devil.
--(It's exhausting, I'll continue this in not more than 24 hours...)

Then he said: ‘However before I take you I’ll set you a riddle, and if you can guess the answer you shall be free and released from my power.’Then the dragon flew away, and off they went with their whip. They were never short of money, bought themselves fine clothes, big houses and traveled around in the world. Wherever they went they made merry and lived in style, they often drunk and tricked beautiful girls around the world, despise poor people, treat them like animals and marry several wives.

Time passed quickly for them, and when the seven years were coming to an end two of them became sick with fear, but the third took it lightly and said: ‘Don’t worry, brothers, I’m no fool, all this time I study a lot instead of playing like you guys and I’ll guess the riddle.’ They went out into the fields, and as they sat there, two of them looking very gloomy, an old woman approached them and asked why they were so sad. ‘Oh, why should you ask, stupid poor old lady? You won’t be able to help us.’ ‘Who knows,’ she replied. So the third told her that they had been the Devil’s servants for almost seven years, and that he had given them any amount of money, but that they had promised their lives to him unless they could solve a riddle when the seven years were up. ‘If you want to save yourselves,’ said the old woman, ‘one of you must go into the forest, where you will find a rocky cliff that has caved in and looks like a hut; there is where the devil live with his grandma, you must go inside and then you’ll find help.’

The two dejected ones thought: What, his grandma? I wonder what will they cooked us into, curry soup perhaps. But the third, the light-hearted-or-naive one, got up and went into the forest as the two thinking how crazy he is. He walked on and on till he found the rocky hut. And in it sat a woman...

(Hey readers, can you continue this for me?In the end I'll still tell how the ending)

She was so beautiful, perhaps the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. Wow, no way this beautiful girl is the devil grandmother; he thought....The woman asked for him, and he tell her their problem, but she asked him if he already married and he answered several wives. Hearing that, the woman begins to seduce him and at last give him the greatest sexual pleasure he ever had; as we know that more sins of the human the tastier they are for the devil. After that she said to the soldier: ‘If you stay here and hide down here in the cellar, you’ll be able to hear everything that’s said up there, so just sit still and don’t move. When the dragon comes I’ll ask him about the riddle, because he tells me everything. Then you must listen carefully for the answers.’ At midnight the dragon came by flying in and asked for his dinner...

#4. Choose your hero!

Once there was a dwarf whose job it was to lift a heavy rock. His boss was an angry giant.

The dwarf would struggle all day under the giant's supervision. And as long as the giant was watching, the dwarf was unable to lift the rock. So the giant would yell at the dwarf and call him names.

Well, every day, the giant would leave and a unicorn would show up. Daily, as the unicorn watched, the dwarf would lift the rock.

Then, the giant would return and the unicorn would leave. The rock would fall. And just as before, the giant would look on as the dwarf became (again) unable to lift the heavy stone.

One day, the giant left and the dwarf followed him. The dwarf wished to know why the giant was such a great and powerful man. The giant was headed toward his house. So the dwarf went ahead of the giant to hide in a place where he could watch.

As the dwarf was hiding, he saw the unicorn leaving the giant's home. Moments later, the giant arrived and went in. From his hiding place, the dwarf observed the giant talking to a beautiful maiden.

"This must be the giant's beautiful wife" thought the dwarf. "Some day, I will have a beautiful wife. And then, I will also be great and powerful!"

As the dwarf observed, the maiden and the giant got into an argument. The giant left: He was very angry! Running ahead of him, the dwarf returned to his job. A short time later, the giant arrived.

"You are small and weak" the Giant told the dwarf. "You will never be able to lift the heavy rock." But then something happened that had never happened before: The dwarf lifted the heavy stone as the giant looked on.

With such rigorous exercise, the dwarf in short time became a giant. He married the maiden. And he became the boss.

Another dwarf took his place at lifting the rock. The new dwarf was small and weak. And he was never able to lift the heavy stone as long as the giant-who-used-to-be-a-dwarf watched.

Always angry, the giant-who-used-to-be-a-dwarf would yell and call the new dwarf names. And the giant-who-used-to-be-a-dwarf never saw the unicorn again.

(About: This is an original story I wrote. As the reader, you must decide who is the hero: The dwarf, the giant, the maiden, or the unicorn? I find it very sad that the unicorn was never seen again!)

Most of bloggers are searching for popularity, they want that other bloggers review their blogs, be in the first page on Digg, be followed on twitter, have the largest community on Mybloglog, the largest group on BlogCatalog, Have all their posts commented, linked and also
But why 99,99% of them don't succeed, why there's only 00,01% who are getting the most of attention?
First, it's impossible that all bloggers become popular, because if they all become then there'll be no one! Popular mean it's more known then another. So there'll be only few! My post will describe (view my experience on the web how to become a successful blogger, but this not for all people just for some)

1. You are the maker, the builder, the creative...

Most of the blog are talking about other affairs (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo...) I don't mean by creative to be another Google as it's far probable (but not impossible). But I'll give you an example:
If your blog aim is to publish Blogger templates, then what's better?

• Making your own templates?
• Publishing other templates (and linking to them)?

Sure making your own templates (this what I mean by creative), every one can write, every one can make a post with photos, videos and music but not every one can create a Blogger Hack; a template, a widget... Being creative is your way for popularity

2. Quality is the way to success

We return always to the template example, will you install on your blogger a bad template (not nice, with errors, items aren't in position....), sure you'll hate this template
However if the template is pretty nice and with high quality, users will like it and even give you a link.

• Think always of quality for your work
• Ask other what's good and what's bad
• Search how to em better your work
• Take a look on other's work to do the same (but don't copy)

Quality can even make people pay for your work and donate for your blog.

3. Patience is the only way

Finally you have to wait, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year... Don't leave what you decided to do, make a plan, concentrate on your work. If you are bored you can go out and have some fun, try to be organized, learn well, be skilled in the domain that you are working on. And hang on, because popularity needs time, long time to get the right success to be known and your name spread the world. Don't think on money from the first time, if you are 20 then you are so young to get rich, it's time who do things and not you, just believe on your work and I hope that you have the right success.

If any one apply what I'm saying then the world should change, people will become creative and think on quality work, if you are interested so try to spread this post as much as you can.

#3. True Story of..lizards?

This is a true story that happened in Japan.
In order to renovate the house, someone in Japan tear open the wall.

Japanese houses normally have a hollow space between the wooden walls.

When tearing down the walls, he found that there was a lizard stucked there because a nail from outside hammered into one of its feet.

He sees this, feels pity and at the same time curious, as when he checked the nail, it was nailed 10 years ago when the house was first built.

What happened? The lizard has survived in such position for 10 years!?!! In a dark wall partition for 10 years without moving,it is impossible and mind boggling.

Then he wondered, how this lizard survived for 10 years without moving a single step - since its feet was nailed!

So, he stopped his work and observed the lizard,what has it been doing and what has it been eating? Later, don't know from where appears another lizard,with food in its mouth... AHHH!

He was stunned and touched deeply. For the lizard that was stucked by nail, another lizard has been feeding it for the past 10 years...

Such a love, such a beautiful love!! Such love happened even on this tiny creature. What can love do? It can do wonders!! Love can do miracles!!

Imagine it has been doing it for a tiredsome 10 yrs, without giving up hope on its partner. Imagine what a small creature can do that a creature blessed with the brilliant mind can't.

I am touched when I heard this story. And started wondering the relationship between them: family, friends, lovers, brothers, sisters...... As the technology advances, our access to information become faster and faster. But the distance between human beings, was it getting closer as well? NEVER ABANDON YOUR LOVED ONES.

Lord Story Mission

First blogging to me is just a so so activities, but now I'm addicted, I can't even believe it. Now to make my addiction useful,I've stated some missions to be accomplished:
> Minimum 1 posting in 3 days --easy one

> Active in mybloglog, technoarti, blogcatalog,& facebook--I doubt this one
> approved by paidperpost --hopefully

#2. Do you feel grateful for your love?

Daniel: I guess we are the left overs in this world.
Jasmine: I think so.. All of my friends have boyfriends & we are the only 2 persons left in this world without any special someone in our lives.
Daniel: Yup! I don't know what to do.
Jasmine: I know! We'll play a game.
Daniel: What game?
Jasmine: I'll be your girlfriend for 30 days & you will be my boyfriend.
Daniel: That's a great plan in fact, I don't have anything to do for the following weeks..

DAY 1:
They watched their first movie together & were both touched in the romantic film.
DAY 4:
They went to the beach & had a picnic... Daniel & Jasmine had their quality time together.
DAY 12:
Daniel invited Jasmine to a circus and they went to a Horror House.. Jasmine was scared and she tried to touch Daniel's hand but by accident she touched someone else's and they both laughed..
DAY 14:
They saw a fortune teller down the road and asked for their future. The fortune teller said: "My darlings, please don't waste the time of your lives... spend your time together happily." Then tears flow from the teller's eyes.
DAY 20:
Jasmine invited Daniel to go to the hill and they saw a meteor... Jasmine mumbled something.
DAY 28:
They rode on a bus and because of the bumpy road, Jasmine gave her first kiss to Daniel by accident.
DAY 29:
11:37 pm : Daniel & Jasmine were sitting in the park where they first decided to play this game...
Daniel: I'm tired Jasmine... do you want any drinks? I'll buy you one.. I'll just go down the road..
Jasmine: Apple juice would be fine,thanks.
Daniel: Wait for me...
20 minutes later... a stranger approached Jasmine.
Stranger: Are you a friend of Daniel?
Jasmine: Yes, why? What happened?
Stranger: A reckless drunken driver ran over Daniel & he is critical in the hospital.
11:57pm : The doctor came out from the emergency room & handed out an apple juice & a letter to Jasmine.
Doctor: We found this in Daniel's pocket.
Jasmine read the letter which says:
Jasmine, this past few days, I realized you are really a cute girl & I am falling for you.. your cherished smile, your everything when we played this game.. & before this game ends, I would like you to be my girlfriend for the rest of my life. I love you, Jasmine...
Jasmine crumples the paper & shouted..
"Daniel! I don't want you to die...I love you... Remember that night we saw a meteor? I mumbled something.. I wished that we would be together forever & never end this game. Please don't leave me, Daniel... I love you, you cannot do this to me

Daniel's heart stop pumping

"If I have one more chance to live my life,I'll try my best to do more mistakes.I won't be such a perfecta.I'll be more clumsy.I'll be a slow man.I'll live my life as dumb as ever.Indeed, there's only a few things I must take seriously. I'll live a crazier life.I won't be such a hygienic as I used to be.
I'll take more chances,I'll travel a lot,I'll climb more mountains,I'll cross the sea lot more,I'll go to more places that I've never been.I'll eat more ice-cream and less beans.
I'll face more reality problems than imagination.
You know, i am one of those who always try to prevent sickness, try to be logic, and try to aware from hours to hours, day to day.Oh, I also sometimes do the other way around.If I have a chance to rewind my life,I'll do the other way around.
I am one of those whenever going out always bring a thermometer, hot water, glistering, raincoat, and parachute. If i have a chance to live once more, I'll travel without those things.
If I have a chance to live once more, I'll going out on my bare foot in the morning at autumn and wake up in the evening at fall. I'll ride more on theme park; I'll watch sunrise more often, and I'll play with the kids more.
But as you see,I can't replay my life.
